SAHG, as a lead development partner on this iconic project, is currently engaged in the realization of this high-end tourist-centric programme. The understanding covers architectural vision development design arrangements, efficient implementation steps, management and operation after completion, including financial structuring during the developmental process, interior design, property management, etc. For the five segments of the first phase of the project viz. two towers of 28 floors, 99 resort villas, Beach Club and Marina, 200 shop houses, and the attended infrastructure, amenities, facilities, will also warrant interior design, property management, presale operation, etc. SAHG has been able to provide a framework of development and envision a unique asset in Vietnam viz. Vega City having a lasting value of 478,000 square meters built-up area on a turnkey basis, in its actualization; a creation that will emerge from a rustic beachfront to an internationally-reputed high-end asset.

GWVP is the first and only family-oriented largest multidimensional destination-centered cultural, shopping, entertainment plaza in Central and Eastern Europe. Visualized and activated by SAHG, GWVP is built on an area of 50 hectares – with a 165,000 square meters built-up area – bound by green landscapes and vast open spaces operating round the year and creating points, actions of convergence – residence hotel, shopping mall, health and wellness center, amusement parks and other space for entertainment, exhibitions, etc., for the high-end tourist comfort and grandeur attracting visitors from far and wide; with soulful plazas, avenues, town squares and fine dining where visitors connect, meet, interact and experience the GWVP, a social network space envisioned by the one and only SAHG, and to be launched in 2022.

SAHG has been invited to partake in the development and completion of Grenada Resort, adorned by a rich tropical forest surrounded by the Caribbean Sea and the Mount Hartman National Park; a carefully crafted project comprising luxury hotels, residence apartments, managed residences, resorts, in association with SAHG, one-of-a-kind destination holiday experiment amidst Grenada’s lush landscape, warm culture and endless experiences; an exquisite and endearing project. SAHG, in addition to its envisioning and outlining of the project principles and components, is also responsible for developing and operating a wellness center, an anti-age management center, a hotel training and management school, butler services’ training and supply, fine-dining restaurants, and beach bar and service; all with a myriad attractive settings ready for the tourists’ discovery and enjoyment, a splendid project in a splendor of anticipation.

THE DOMAIN OF CRASSY

The Domain of Crassy Castle, in Divonne, France, having a 320,000 square meter royal family asset engages SAHG to refurbish, renovate, landscape and add new vistas to the historic entity, redesigning the interiors, furnishing each space room, lobby, appropriately, as per royal norms, and redo the entire castle to accommodate royalty has been the assignment. The minuscule detail in crafting of the castle space, be it the outdoor areas, or the interior, or the swimming pool, or the kitchen, was a gigantic turnkey process all measuring to the royal upkeep, to be equipped as per luxury standards in a remarkable environment, with an imposing view to the Alps and Mont Blanc, proximate to Geneva airport. SAHG, has been wholly responsible for the complete architecture, landscaping, interior design, tailor-made furniture, equipment, and lighting design to manufacture and fit-out.
